Mr. Shigley has worked with companies of all sizes, from Fortune 100 firms to established small businesses. One of Mr. Shigley's strengths is his ability to employ technology to attain business objectives such as
increasing productivity, growing revenue, and cutting costs. Some of Mr. Shigley's recent projects include:
- Managing a team that delivered 15 enhancements in 28 weeks to our customers' base systems in support of a loan portfolio
exceeding $7.0 billion.
- Gathered software requirements and designed prototypes for major ECommerce projects.
- Lead the team responsible for making a data warehouse "build vs. buy" decison for one of the largest Subprime mortgage loan servicing
companies in the US.
Currently residing in Corinth, TX, Mr. Shigley served as the Chairman of the City of Corinth
Technology Committee. Under his leadership, recommendations made by the Technology Committee
resulted in major technology upgrades; including the creation of a local area network, hardware
and software upgrades as well as the development of a City Web Site.
Mr. Shigley obtained his Bachelor of Arts (BA) from The American University in Washington, DC
and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from The University of Dallas in Irving, TX.
Mr. Shigley is currently an active member of the Dallas Chapter of the Project Management Institute
and a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
